Question: 1996 chevy cavilar wont start.
good evening, my father has a 1996 chevy cavilar that wont start. it turns over but it wont get gas. we did get it start for a second with eithor(dont know how to spell it) and it died. the other day we finally it started and drove it all the way home but the theft light stayed on the whole time and now it wont start we think since sometimes you must jiggle the key for the car to start it needs a new ignition and the paslock system is shuting the gas off becuase it believes the wrong key is in it, i couldnt see it being the fuel pump its self since we drove it home. sorry for the long post i posted it before but i think i messed up.... any help is great!
