Question: Any cluster control panel defects/recall for 04 Trailblazer?
Are you aware of any cluster control panel mfg. defects/recalls for 2004 Chev Trailblazer?

NO I do not KNOW OF ANY RECALL OR HEARD ANY ONE TALKING ABOUT IT.I AM NOT SURE ABOUT CLUSTER

Yes Speedo only works ever so often/ oil psi pegged out. Why Bm

I had a 95 Dodge Neon with a similar problem. I read a posting somewhere about cold solder joints on the pc board with the clusters and tried reheating them. This solved my problem and saved over $500.00 over replacing the board.

Ditto on my '95 neon also, and my '98 Grand Caravan. Reheating the solder joints on the cluster pc board where the cables attach solved my problems.
