Question: car stalled and would not turn over, had it towed to shop and when the mechanic got in it started
car has been driven by shop for fifty miles with no problems

clean the battery cables, yours should be one of the last years for the "stacked positive cables" they build corrosion between them and the PCM looses power and you then can not restart the car.
