Question: Do you use run flat tires? Are they worth it?

I'm not sure if anyone even makes them for my car. Does anyone know?

They would be more expensive than the car is worth. I run a product called "Slime" in my tires and it seems to stop most punctures (I live on a farm) Just read instructions carefully or you could wind up with a nasty vibration.
