Clunking when turning

where is the horn fuse on a 2007.5 dodge ram 3500?
I have a 2007.5, changed out horn and no power to horn. where is the fuse located??? there is no horn location on fuse panel lid under hood.

Where is the horn fuse?
I have a 1995 Dodge Ram 3500 Van that clicks from the glove box area when i press the horn. Is this a fuse or maybe the relay? Which fuse is for the horn?
