Question: my driver side wheel shakes and makes a clanking noise

Whendriving my vehicle on a rough or bumpy road and sometimes after deceleration from 60 mph. to 40 mph the rigt side front driver wheel starts to shake and make a clanking noise like the whole front end is going to fall apart or all of the nuts and bolts just boke or are dropping off. I read somewhere that a person, who had recently had his cv joint replaced the mechanic had not lined up the sway bar correctly and this is what happened. I too just recently had my cv axle replaced around 7000 miles ago.PLEASE HELP ME I AM BOGGLED BY THIS PROBLEM.
