Question: OIL IN THE BRAKE LINES?

I recently had my front end done on my truck.. Check engine light came on recently... all of a sudden coming down a hill I go to brake and my foot is to the floor.... nothing there hardly... I can manage to stop. I parked it right away to avoid further damage.
Took it to father in laws work machanic to get a list of what was wrong... he tells me he had to bleed the system again bc of engine oil being in the brake lines. I have not added anything in the brake lines... therefor it was a machanic that did it when I had the front brakes serviced. I have called and notified them of my problem. It was the weekend so Im going in there Monday morning. Im a girl and Im not going to be had. Any advice? list of things I need
pitman arm/ball joints/idler arm/rear shoes/pads... and possibly rotors and calipers on the back... Calipers were replaced feb 15 2011... my truck even needing back brakes should still somewhat stop!??!?!
