Question: Park switch problem?

Only sometimes, turn the key in the ignition and nothing happens but the gauges come on, no starter, no solenoid click, nothing. If I move the shift lever out of and back into park a few times, it will usually turn over and start. Sometimes it takes several atempts. Or could it be an ignition switch problem? Moving the shift lever to neutral and trying it doesn't make any difference.
