Question: Putting the car in reverse

Has anyone had trouble with not being able to get the transmission into reverse? Or had it pop out of gear once it is in reverse? This problem happens randomly but is increasing in frequency.

I also have a really hard time getting my car into reverse. I haven't had it pop out of gear once it's in reverse. Sometimes it takes a few tries to actually get it to take reverse. I notice it when I first start my car, not so much when it's already been running for a little while.
