Question: Trouble Code PO743

99 Ranger Truck just started shuddering with trouble code PO743, I checked all fuses, took the trans. pan off checked the TCC solenoid with 12-volts it clicked in/out also checked TCC valve it seem to be smooth operating, put it all back together tried it on the road it operated good for about a quater mile I started turning into driveway it shuddered really bad and TCC locked up again, I unplugged the electrical harness at trans. tried it again it is still locked up with the harness unplugged, the brake switch/pedal will not unlock it, it is locked up all the time and undriveable Please tell me what to check for this condition, could it still be the TCC solenoid did I test it right, Please Help..............
