Question: Vehicle will not shift out of PARK
Can anti-theft option keep the vehicle from coming out of park? i was working on the vehicle with the battery out. The motor was running w/o the battery. After I turned off the vehicle and put the battery back in, I can't get the vehicle to shift out of PARK.
