Question: What causes a thumping noise in front? Tires are ok.

After a few miles of driving, a thumping noise starts. It seems to get louder when braking. Had tires checked and they are fine.

you may have a cracked rotor, if you have had it to a mechanic and they haven't found it, then you need to find a new mechanic.
