Question: what do the following codes means:
P0440:eveap control system
P0449:evap control system vent
value/solenoid circuit
we can be driving and the car will shut off and some time will not fire back up right away.

those codes are not likely related to the issue of not firing back up, however a slow fuel pump is the most likely culprit. when the under hood temperatures rise a slow fuel pump will not be able to remove the vaporised fuel from the lines as quickly as a new one and therefore the car will crank longer before it fires or may take several attempts to get it running.
