Question: when to change transmission fluid?

I have a 2008 Honda Accord LX sedan with a 4 cylinder. When is the transmission scheduled for maintenance.

It depends on the driver- If He / She; Drives by Hitting the Gas forcing the Car to shift Often Then 40k However its best when done every 45-60k miles-
And a Tranny Flush is Better than the Transmission Fluid change.
Since this will cycle and churn out unwanted metal shavings that build up-

I have read and have been told by Honda dealership mechanics that a tranny flush is actually harmful. The flush is so powerful that tranny parts can be bent.
