The list of automakers that plan to skip the North American International Auto Show this year is growing by the day. Both Nissan and Infinity announced it has no plans to attend the Detroit-based show. The two companies make the seventh and eighth major automakers to bail on this year’s show citing “economic conditions.” Porsche, Ferrari, Suzuki, Rolls-Royce, Land Rover and Mitsubishi have all said they have no plans to make a showing in the home of the Big Three. Are they just trying to get out before the place implodes, or what?
