When a site’s tagline is “Mentally Stimulating Diversions,” you’re never 100% sure what you’re getting yourself into. But Sporcle is a website that we ended up on for hours. Gluttons for punishment, we failed over and over again. Until we realized there were quizzes about cars. The one on car logos? Killed it.

Then we got to this one, and we were banging our heads in frustration. Can you do better than us (33/50)? We dare you. And don’t even think about looking on the interwebs for answers.

Taking the “Drinking and driving don’t mix” motto a bit too literally, Michael Schumacher recently took to the track with famed bartender Salvatore Calabrese to see if the mixologist could whip up a cocktail while experiencing a heavy dose of lateral G. The answer? He can, but not well. What a mess. Big props to Bacardi for somehow managing to make a PSA fun.

We’ve seen our share of really good, web-exclusive marketing humor, and while this new Outback commercial is quite clever, it does come across as relatively bizarre. Then again maybe that’s just because infomercials horrify us. Take a look for yourself. At least the product appears to be pretty effective!

Ah, Top Gear. Have we mentioned we love it? Because we do. And the episode when they visit the South is one of the all-time greatest. But like much of Top Gear, we wondered at the time how much of the events were manufactured for the viewer. They did, after all, face an angry, gun-toting gang of unhappy Alabamans on the trip.

The price tag on the 2010 Audi R8 V10 may read $141,000, but you can start an ownership cycle with one for just C$469.99 (plus shipping). How? Audi Canada has created a garage door wrap with a life-size print of a red Audi R8 sitting in a garage – quite a clean one too, we might add.

While slightly more mundane than 500-plus horsepower Subarus, we assure you this rear-wheel drive Escort is quite a handful. And insanely entertaining to drive, as is evidenced by juvenile laughter throughout the video. Plus, this time you won’t be bombarded with quite as much DC Shoes brand imaging. We’re guessing Mr. O’Neil is about to have quite the surge in web visits…

We’ve never seen a more delicious F1 car. The culinary executive chef at the Royal Plaza on Scotts in Singapore worked up this mouth-watering creation with the help of five other chefs and a gaggle of assistants to take the title of Asia’s largest race car made from bread. We kid you not. There are over 1,000 loaves of carb-ridden perfection in this thing, with over 22 types of bread represented in the racer. The project took a combined total of 33 pounds of yeast to create and three gallons of varnish to preserve – you don’t want to be chomping down on this thing any time soon. Color us confused. We would think that most Audi R8 owners would be pretty chuffed to own the best Audi in the lineup, and one of the most desirable driver’s cars around. Unfathomably, this guy, or girl, is somehow upset with his own purchase of an Audi and decided to switch up his German affiliation by re-badging it as a BMW.

That propeller looks just wrong on the R8.
