I bought my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 new in Oct of 2006. I have recently rolled over 90,000 miles. The only work I've had done to it besides the regular oil and oil/air filter changes was at about 48,000 miles an a/c valve (directing air to feet vs to chest) went out; around 60,000 miles I had to replace the o2 sensor; at 90,000 miles I replaced the front rotors and brakes all around (first time). I have an aftermarket cold air induction kit and a superchips tuner installed. Love my Dodge, and as my 16yr old daughter says, "it's got a HEMI!" No complaints!!!
