I took my Explorer to the Garners Ferry Road location. I had a coupon that said "Oil change and filter" for $19.99. I asked for oil and filter only. The manager talked about high mileage oil instead of what I asked for. I said OK and after waiting for them to try to figure out how to remove belts from a college girls car, they finally took in in (45 minutes).

My bill was over $90.00 because he said I didn't tell them not to any other work. I showed him the coupon I had and he said it was not for a oil and filter change for $19.99, it was a discount of $19.99. Nowhere on the Jiff Lube coupon said that. So my bill would have been over $100 for a simple oil and filter change.

Thats a rip off and I have told all my friends not to use Jiff Lube especially the one on Garners Ferry Road.
