Damage My Ride

I went in for a simple oil change. When i got my vehicle back it had oil hand prints all over the outside and floor matts. I wasn't mad about that. What piss me off was the damage to my fender. It had chips and scratch that someone put there while in there care. The tech denied the hold thing.

All in all a good vehicle - if you can stomach the low MPG. 
OVERALL

We've been satisfied with our Nav thus far - while still low mileage, absolutely no mechanical problems. However, we did have a fit and finish issue on the moonroof that caused major leaking in a heavy rain. Hoping that Ford will stand behind the product and fix our stained headliner.
