I traded my low-mileage 2010 E550 for the CLS, because the E was not as comfortable as the Lexus GS and LS models that we previously owned. Even with the smaller engine, the CLS is noticeably quicker than the E, and the looks beat any other 4 door on the market. On a recent 400 mile trip, gas mileage was 27.0 mpg. That was at steady Interstate speeds of 82 with a few blasts into triple digits. Thats better than any other car I ever owned. If there is a complaint, it would be that the technology is such that the owner's manual needs to be close at hand. Comfort is on par with the Lexus LS, but quality is not quite at Lexus levels (minor paint flaws). Handling is very good, even with the suspension in "comfort" position, and braking is good from any speed, with no noticeable fade. In summation, I've never had a better car.
