Alberto Salas as well as Eric truly tried very hard to resolve the problem with the garage door opener in my brand new car.. Service wise they get an A+ for all their wonderful efforts. However, I am very frustrated that I have had my new car since June 8th and Acura has failed to find a solution to my problem... I am hopeful that this matter will be resolved soon. I must reiterate again that the service at Acura is and continues to be excellent... Jodi Weiss
