Service was excellent

I had a great experience at the Dealer when servicing my vehicle. Although i arrived without an appointment, they immediately took me and placed a service on my car. I was taken care of by Service Advisor Alberto Salas who was extremely curteous and professional. He appolgized for not having a loaner vehicle, as those are usually for 2 hour+ services. He ensured me that i would be out in less than 2 hours. Throughout the waiting process he came over and gave me a timeline of my service and an expected time of completion. He was right on point and the service was completed within 1 hour and 10 minutes of me arriving.

I will definately return to get my car serviced here if i will be treated this way each time.

I had a great and pleasant experience. Your staff of professionals does a great job!
