My 2013 Acura TSX lost all power after a lightining storm. The car was towed to your dealership where it remained for 2 months. Evidently the complete destruction of the computer system in a 1 year old Acura TSX, or a TL( my husband's car suffered the same damage at the same time ) is something Acura has not encountered before. We were given loaner cars, which was very helpful.
The service representative who handled my car was Mack Remy. He kept me updated throughout and was helpful and courteous at all times and i have rated his service accordingly.
My husband's did not start within a week of it's return to him. It had to be towed back to Acura again. This caused a great deal of inconvenience as he was once againvery late for his office and many patients left as a result. This was due to an alternator. This should have been checked before the car was returned after the first incident. I include this even though I have no issues about my service, as we feel it should have been avoided. It detracts from the quality of service we have come to expect from Acura.
