I took my car in to replace the rear passenger door window as my car had been broken into the night before. Needless to say, I was not a "happy camper" as in addition to breaking the window, the thieves also stole my laptop, purse and other personal items ...resulting in a significant financial loss which I could ill afford. I cant say enough about the calm, professional manner in which Jean, the service rep listened to me, and worked with me to make the process less stressful. I got the feeling he understood how I felt, sympathized and was committed to helping me ..in his own quiet, calm manner. He assured me he would ensure the car was properly vaccumed to ensure the splinters from the broken glass (this after I expressed concern, but could not afford to have the car detailed in addition to replacing the glass and servicing the car). He gave me a discount on the total bill which helped, and asked me to trust him I would be happy with the car when I got it back as he would do his best. The car was perfect when I got it back, and my gratitude to Jean, whose calm, caring manner made an awful time easier. For me to walk away, after paying a $714 bill I had not budgeted for, with a smile on my face says it all. I will happily keep going back to the dealership as long as they keep professionals like Jean on staff. Thank you Jean.
