Amazing customer service. They did a great job and made me feel very secrure about my vehicle being there.

Christina was very courtesy and friendly. The car was given alignment and oil change, also washed. The only problem was that one of the hub caps were missing. Of course I called Christina and she told me to come right in and they would put it on. Due to circumstances I could not go until two weeks later. Christina was on it right away, later she came to let me know that they would have to order one and would probably come in on Wednesday the 23rd. She asked me if I would like to have the car wash and I said yes.
I look forward to seeing Christina Martinez, I know that she cares for the customer and follows through, if there is a problem she will let you
know.

Took my truck in for a simple oil change and notified about certain problems going on with my transmission and rear differential. Carlos our service advise was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got me rental car while they replaced the transmission and radiator. It took them a day to complete the job which was great. Now I'm just waiting for the rear axel to come and replace that.

Took my car on a Saturday for an oil change & new tire. The service advisor Chris had my car in & out of there very quickly. Very impressed with the speediness I normally have my service done at the Puente Hills Nissan but they didn't have any early appointments. Usually they take alot longer & the weekends are the only time I can drop off my car.I think from now on I will go to Carson :)
