I came in for an emissions test. Successfully in and out in a minimum of time.

Everyone was very nice and polite to me especially the guy who took care of me. I will definitely be back!

Great staff, very attentive. Short wait time. Excellent service.

Very expensive. They had a very hard time getting my air filter back in.

Brought my SRX in the next day. Also very expensive.

We'll have to shope around next time to save money.

Price was 20% higher with basic oil than Ford dealer with 10$ off applied. Couldn't believe it.. This location, the staff seemed more concerned with friends outside than the service they needed to perform inside. Could be a little more professional. Though I believe they performed a good job and it was quick? I would not return.

They were kind,courteous and quick. These are all things that matter to me.

Positives: The service was fast and the staff was friendly. Negatives: it seems like there was more pressure to upgrade the service or perform services that were not essential. One problem -- the mechanic forgot to put the washer back on the drain plug and the car leaked oil from the drain plug when parked in garage, but when I returned the car to fix the problem, they replaced the plug, added a new washer/gasket and refilled oil at no charge. I understand that the gasket/washer is not present on all cars, so they added a note to the service record to alert mechanic next time.

Crew at store were very nice and took real good care of me and my car. Changed my cabin air filter and glad I did, it was real dirty and moldy. Glad he suggested it. Very good service. Thanks, I will be back.

Matt greeted me with a welcoming smile when I arrived. The service was efficient and I appreciate the complete 20 poiint checklist done during the oil change. Excellent customer service!
