I've gotten good, reliable service for the past 12 years at Davis Tire and have no complaints. The only thing I can think of that would improve the "feeling" of getting good service would be to spray a grease remover off wheels when the grease is caused by the service. When you purchase a set of new tires, all you notice is all the fresh grease prints all over the wheel. A minor point, but a competitor makes you feel good about an oil change with an interior vacuum and car wash, which I'm not suggesting for tires; however, there's good marketing in making the customer proud of those "beautiful" new tires.
