I made an appointment to look at a 2014 Legacy, when I arrived and went to look at the car, it was being driven off by a family on a test drive. My wife and I waited to drive the car and were told that the other couple purchased the car, my wife was ready to leave and was very displeased. I was looking for a manual transmission and the Legacy was one of only 3 in the area that I could find and the only White Pearl one. I asked if there were any manual transmission Impreza's on the lot, they replied no, but could find one. The salesman and his manager found me a manual transmission Sport Premium Wagon in my second color choice, they had it at the the dealership the next day. When I went in, I was pre-approved with Capital One Auto, they found me a better rate somewhere else and had me in and out in about an hour and a half and I got to work just on time. At first we were disappointed when the first car we had an appointment for sold, but we ended up with a car that had many more options, gets better MPG and suits our family better. Overall, I am happy with Dick Hannah Subaru, they worked hard to get me a car at a better rate, get me in and out in quick time since I was scheduled for work and although I did not get the car I first intended to get, I still got a great car under MSRP that had what I wanted.

I was treated with courtesy and all staff people were professional. It was clear that each member of the staff made an attempt to be courteous and helpful.

As always, I had a great and very efficient service at Dick Hanna. I worked with a new rep named Frank. He was extremely nice and helpful. He explained everything that was done to the car and upcoming things to watch for. I had a clogged hose that was cleared and carpet dried as much as they could. He showed me exactly where it was and how to have my husband clear it if it happens again. I do drive from Oregon over to D.H. for service and have been doing that for years. I trust that my service will be done in a timely manner and done correctly for my car. The price seems to be kept competitive with other service providers.

THE SERVICE IS SUPERB. WE BOUGHT OUR SUBARU AT DICK HANNAH BECAUSE WE KNEW THE HANNAH FAMILY. HOWEVER, WE WERE TOLD BY FRIENDS THAT THE FOLLOW UP SERVICE AT YOUR COMPANY WAS THE BEST. TRUE!

The oil change was quick the car wash nice.. In the past they use to give the interior a vacuum. But that did not happen this time.. has that service changed? I was looking forward to a vacuum.

Needed an oil change and was told that Dick Hannah Subaru recently started an "express oil change". Have used this with another dealership in the past. Was working from home Friday, called ahead, and the wait wasn't too bad. By the time I got there, wait time had changed, and did not have enough free time to wait for the "express" oil change. Took it back on Saturday. Still took longer than what someone would think of as "express", two hour wait both days. Believe this is due to the fact that an oil change for a Subaru is extremely thorough, and it takes more time than oil changes for other vehicles. Never used to have an issue when I could schedule an oil change in advance, as opposed to showing up for a not so "express" oil change.
