The alternator went out in my Subaru Outback. I brought it in to Hannah Motors for repair. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the service person, Ken. He assured me that my car would be inspected very carefully and the problem remedied. Ken directed me to the waiting room which was extremely comfortable but lacking in reading material (I had forgotten to bring something to occupy my time.). My car was fixed and runs smoothly again. The car was washed much to my delight and Ken took care of signing me out. I had a rewarding, unstressful experience. Thank you, Ken, at Dick Hannah Subaru and all those who took care of my problem.

I had a 15,000 mile service on my Subaru Outback. The service team was efficient, friendly and the car was returned earlier than promised and was washed and ready to go.

Service was great! Very friendly and helpful. The issue was the loss of my high school staff parking pass that was hanging from the rear view mirror. Other than that, everything was great.
