I made an appointment to look at a 2014 Legacy, when I arrived and went to look at the car, it was being driven off by a family on a test drive. My wife and I waited to drive the car and were told that the other couple purchased the car, my wife was ready to leave and was very displeased. I was looking for a manual transmission and the Legacy was one of only 3 in the area that I could find and the only White Pearl one. I asked if there were any manual transmission Impreza's on the lot, they replied no, but could find one. The salesman and his manager found me a manual transmission Sport Premium Wagon in my second color choice, they had it at the the dealership the next day. When I went in, I was pre-approved with Capital One Auto, they found me a better rate somewhere else and had me in and out in about an hour and a half and I got to work just on time. At first we were disappointed when the first car we had an appointment for sold, but we ended up with a car that had many more options, gets better MPG and suits our family better. Overall, I am happy with Dick Hannah Subaru, they worked hard to get me a car at a better rate, get me in and out in quick time since I was scheduled for work and although I did not get the car I first intended to get, I still got a great car under MSRP that had what I wanted.
