The folks did a great job for us. Our car would not start late on a Friday afternoon but I was able to get it to the shop just at closing that day. They had the problem solved by mid-morning on Saturday allowing my wife to complete her planned trip on Sunday. Thank you so much for your timely service it was much appreciated.

Joel Pickell is a star. My first car buying experience was hassle-free and I walked out with a smile on my face. I guess the whole experience surprised me as car salesman are typically always depicted in such a way that make you think you will dread the whole process.

Joel is fair and I know he bent over backwards to win my business. The amount of time he spent with me to make sure I understood all the whistles and bells is unparalleled compared to some of the horror stories I have heard from family and friends that went to the 'other guys'. I think he asked me about 10 times if I was sure there were no more questions, as it was his goal to have me know the car inside and out before I left.

Who does that?

To say I am pleased is an understatement. Joel did not treat me like a walking wallet but a person he would like to get to know. He now knows I am a huge backgammon dork and I hope that I get to run into his favorite sushi restaurant, Bamboo. I would highly recommend Joel if you want the easiest car buying experience of your life. My 2014 Forester is not only my first Subaru and now know it will not be my last.

Thank you again to all the people at Dick Hannah that made the experience so great and another big thank you to Joel.

This is the first new car I have bough in a very long time. I was a lillte worried about the process and negative image of buying a new car. The process was very easy. Working with the internet guys was great, quick response on questions and abitity to find the car I wanted. Mike at the dealership was great when I came in to pick up the car - very painless process. I would recomend Dick Hanna to anyone interested in a new Subaru.

Thank you so much for the excellent service for my car. Love the car!!! From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by two customer service representatives greeting me and making me feel welcome. They went over what was to be done, including the price, and made me feel very confident about what was happening with my car. Also, the salesperson I bought my car from came out and greeted and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. I felt right at home. I will always take my car here here whenever it need service :)

I was very happy with my service. I went in for warranty repair, of which I didn't need, and an oil change. Half way through I asked if they could check a few things out, and there was no hesitancy to complete the task.

We were generally very satisfied with our experience at Dick Hanna Subaru and with Joel Pickell, the sales person who worked with us. The Forester is what we were looking for and should meet our needs. We were treated well during the process of trying out the car and were given a great deal of information - perhaps more than we could digest - after making the purchase. Again, Joel did his job so far as we could tell.
The only downside was the "bargaining" process over the price of the car. I rarely buy new cars and the reason is the "bargaining" process, with the sales person running back and forth between the customer and some mystical sales manager. Frankly, the process is a little hokey. Unfortunately, that's the model that this dealership uses and it's too bad because otherwise we received good service and a fair, non-pressured experience.
