Pros-Very good service overall, and great waiting area. Washed our car.

Cons- (1) My wife mentioned the squealing brakes, the service advisor said it was normal. Seems a bit odd, because that only started in the past couple months; the car is a 2009 Altima-Hybrid which has always been serviced at Nissan. I feel we need to take it elsewhere for a second opinion.

(2) Service advisor did not give a warm greeting because I drove in through the wrong end of the service port. This was my second visit and I entered the exact same as the first time. Problem is, when you first pull in to the service area you can't see the direction sign right away because it doesn't stand out. Instinctively, one would think to drive right up toward what apppears to be the entrance. At any rate, I would be very surprised if this doesn't happen often with new customers.

From the moment I walked on to the lot at the dealership, I was met with so much help and support in looking for a car. They were honest, encouraging and very knowledgeable about not only their policies, but also their products. The experience in the finance office was just as fruitful. I was thouroughly impressed and helped at Dhblin Nissan!

Needed and oil change and tire rotation, and possibly alignment. My car was done earlier than I thought, which was a plus because I had errands to run, and didn't need the alignment. I was able to use a coupon, another plus! I enjoy taking my truck to Dublin Nissan. I always get great service and my truck is washed when it's done. Love going to Dublin Nissan.

They gave me perhaps the lowest price on a juke SV AWD. And they probably have the largest Juke inventory in the bay area. When I went there, they had about 20 Jukes in stock, whereas most other dealers only had 6-10.

Most importantly, their sales and fiance people are extremely friendly. They are quite straightforward, explain things clearly, don't fool their customers
