Elder Ford of Tampa has, without a doubt, the best Service Department and Dealership I have ever encountered in my 40 years as a car owner.
We acquired our 2nd Elder Ford vehicle, a 2012 certified Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback last March, after finally being rid of my wife's 2005 Audi 1,8LT Cabriolet.. Having received a Ford recall notice for a possible TCM software issue, unlike Audi, which fought acknowledging their factory defective TCM for 10 years, our Focus received a TCM software update on this visit. Since this was our first service since our purchase, there was no charge for the oil change and tire rotation!
Beyond this, my appointment was the same day Elder Ford had Rays Pitcher, Alex Cobb, in for an autograph signing and a raffle for 4 signed baseballs and two signed jerseys. When I mentioned to Elder's GM Terald that I had several items for Alex to sign which were for the Tampa Pig Jig's Silent Auction later that night to benefit the NephCure Foundation, Terald gave me a Gerald McCoy signed Buc's hat and signed picture for the Silent Auction. Alex Cobb was very gracious to the hundreds who attended and even signed a TBT article about Will Wellman, extending his best wishes.
Thank you Rob Elder for all that you and your recently departed mother, Irma, have done to support the Tampa Bay community and especially our military.
As owners of two Elder Ford of Tampa vehicles, we're happy to be part of the Elder Ford of Tampa family for the rest of our driving days.
