I purchased my F150 under the X-Plan partner agreement and did a lot of preliminary self education utilizing Elder's online inventory and their Web site. At first some other Ford dealers would not even talk to me unless I came into their showroom. Not Elder, their internet team of Victoria & Shannon allowed me to plot my own course to my eventual purchase. The majority of my expenditures are done through the internet therefore any merchant who does not have an intuitive Web site is missing the boat in my opinion. After I narrowed the field of my preferred vehicle and options I asked the important questions regarding engine performance, cab & bed size. Shannon answered my questions perfectly which allowed me to make a final decision quickly. I reserved my vehicle of choice from Elders online inventory, I brought my trade-in for appraisal and after we discussed factory incentives they allowed me to test drive the vehicle . The next day I returned with my wife, confirmed what we discussed the prior day and finalized my purchase shortly thereafter. I also got to meet the General Manager, the Business Development Manager and they made me feel like part of the family. I am still talking with Elder's parts department regarding some accessories I purchased and coordinating when they will arrive and a future date for installation. Overall, I could not be happier with my new Ford and all the fine people at Edler Ford!
