I would give the service five stars. I did not have to wait long and the service was good.

My rep, Mike Stults, had advised me when I had the last oil change, that I should get the ball joints changed. I made a 1,000 mile trip and then had the repair done. After the repair, the steering responsiveness, was awesome, compared to what I had just experienced on the long trip. It was an expensive repair, but well worth it! I have a Mustang and the Expedition, and have been taking them to Mike since they were new.

I was due for an oil change and the front end had been feeling a little loose so I asked them to check the suspension and do a front end alignment. My service advisor, Mike, called me as soon as they got it on the rack and advised me what the problem was and I approved the work. He still got it done at the agreed pickup time and I was very pleased.
