Professional and courteous, as always. That is why I return to this particular location. They tell me what issues my older vehicle has, and make suggestions for repairs/replacements with out high pressure to purchase from them (they know I am handy with tools) but always ready to re[air for me if needed. The technicians are competent and fairly experienced and well trained and I feel comfortable discussing my car care with them, even being female. I have been to some places that are so focused on selling something (filters, wiper blades, etc..) that they come on too strong. Other places also assume that as a female I know zero about cars. That is not quite true, but I am no mechanic. The technicians are able to explain problems on my level with out talking down to me or being condescending.
