Quite a pricey service call for regular maintenance.

Sales staff was very friendly but not pushy. They worked with me and had me out the door with my new car before I knew it. Buying a car doesn't take as long as it used, at least at Infiniti Of Columbus

A simple oil change and tire check up with no surprises. I appreciate the honestly and integrity Infinity has demonstrated by not finding something to fix! Jayson in customer service is always professional and a pleasure to deal with.

The service staff at Infiniti of Columbus is top notch and always goes above what's required. Jayson did a great job in getting my steering column issue resolved. Always treated very well by Jayson and Brad.

Normally a 5 star experience. Between power outages, construction and a few breaks in communication, the job was completed but not without it's challenges. Hopeful for a better experience next time.

I am always impressed with the service at this dealership. Pat in the service department was so helpful. I needed to change the wheels on my vehicle. He helped me find new ones to buy at infiniti and is helping me sell the other ones through the dealership. I really can't tell you how happy I am with the new ones. He was so knowledgeable in the correct size of tire and wheel and helping me so that my warranty stayed in tact. Brad was also very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Everything was just fine. Car was done correctly and on time and the loner car allowed me to keep my day going. I appreciate the clean car too.
