The repair took longer than I would have liked, due to a back ordered part which is understandable. However, no time estimate was able to be given, which was inconvenient since I had left my kid's car seats in my car thinking it would be a 1 day turnaround. This meant shuffling kids/car seats around for a week. Had I known the duration of the repair I would've stopped by and picked up the seats. My only other issue would be that the loaner car that I was given only had 20 miles until empty worth of gas in the tank so I literally had to stop and fill it up immediately after leaving the dealership. Outside of those couple issues, working with Brad was great and he kept me informed as information was made available to him. As far as I can tell the repair was successful and it was nice to pick up a clean car in middle of winter.
