Brad and Jason in the service department are always a pleasure to work with. Both are very professional and always look out for my best interest. My 2007 is my second Infiniti and is approaching 180,000 miles. Today my car operates like the day I first purchased the car with 0 miles!

Suddenly, Saturday afternoon at 4 my dash board light went on announcing there is a problem with my tire or tires. I called and Jason said come over we will wait for you. I encountered an accident on the highway and was so delayed, I pulled into Infiniti five minutes on Saturday before they were closing. He had a mechanic waiting and all the parts that I might need. Jason is the best!! They stayed until all was fixed and I was back on the road. Wouldn't go anywhere else for anything pertaining to this car.

Everything was great up until after I had signed all of the paperwork. I made it a point to mention that the one accessory that I wanted on the car were illuminated kick plates inside of the door frame. I was told by the salesman no less than 4 times that the car was equipped with them, only to be told after I signed the paperwork that the car in fact did not have them. I noticed that they didn't light up, but thought that since it was sunny out I wouldn't see them very well anyhow. I believed that I was paying for a car that came equipped with them and was under the impression that the deal was made on a car that had those installed. I was informed after the paperwork was signed that I would now have to pay more if I wanted them installed, but as a concession, the dealership would cover the labor to do so. Although a nice guesture to install for free if I pay for the parts, it should have already been completed and installed before I even bought the car. I was lied to about the features on the car and it was not the car that I agreed to purchase. I had to push back just to get the solution that I did, but it is not sufficient and does not rectify the situation in my mind. I will not recommend the dealership to anyone unless the dealership is willing to make this right and provide me with the car that I was promised.

First Class service and treatment. Prices for Oil change are not competitive which is making me lean towards outside sources for oil changes.
