I took my car in for an oil change & to be detailed. When I picked up the car there were water spots on the seats & doors. I pointed this out to the one who had cleaned the car, telling him that the poor quality of the fabric had been a complaint of mine since buying the car.. He immediately took it back in to try to remove the spots. I was told if the car still had water spots to call & they would pick up my car & clean it again. The next day I called & within minutes the same person who had cleaned it the day before came to get the car. Upon returning the car, he pointed out that he had tried several times to remove all of the water stains but they would not come out. He went so far as to say he would be glad to work on it more the next week. I again told him that I have been very dissatisfied with the quality of fabric in the car as even rain water stains the seats when getting in & out in the rain. I couldn't ask for a more courteous team, I am just highly disappointed in the quality of the car interior as I now have huge water stains on the seats.
