My review is a 4 star. Good job but forgot to put the sticker for next oil change.

Very nice and accomedating staff. Comfortable place to wait. My only complaint is the time. I had an 8 am appointment and didn't leave till almost 9. If it takes that long then I apologize and give you 5 stars. If it doesn't take that long then of of two things is happening. Either appointments are getting put in line with drive-ups OR appointment times are over booked.

Great car service.

This Service Department is the "bomb." I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR AN OIL CHANGE (THIS TIME IT WAS 35 MINUTES). THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY! BESIDES THE CAR IS FANTASTIC. THIS IS THE SECOND HYUNDAI I HAVE OWNED. WILL OWN A THIRD WHEN THIS ONE DIES.

The service department is always helpful. Although they replaced a part that Hyundai suggested, the problem still exists. Hopefully it will be solved soon. They will get five stars for their persistence and customer service - but the problem isn't resolved.
