I was able to get my second vehicle from Johnson Toyota. I got a very nice corolla that I am very happy with. My salesperson, Nell, was very nice and worked with me for quite some time. I would definitely give her 4 stars. The only complaint that I have is that they no longer do in-house financing as they did when I purchased my last vehicle. The process was much smoother when they were working with Citizens National on financing. My credit unfortunately hasn't been good for the past 11 years and I have always had to pay higher rates as a result. This time however, I felt that I was looked down on as a result of this and had to jump through a lot of hoops to prove my residence?? that I didn't have to do before when they worked with Citizens National. I'm sure all their alternative financing customers would appreciate them going back with Citizens National. I may be more inclined to look for a dealership that offers in-house financing in the future.
