I was very displeased with the level of service that I received from Johnson Hyundai. I've had my Hyundai Sonata since March 2010 and have always received quality service. I have noticed that within the past few months the level of service has dropped. The later part of August, I had my car serviced. Tires were put on my car along with an alignment. When I picked it up, I was informed that the part that was needed for my inside light was not in but that they would call me. After almost three weeks of waiting, nobody called me. Not even to acknowledge that the part was or was not in. So, one day I finally called and spoke to Susan ( I believe that's her name). She told me that the parts guy was not there and she wasn't aware if the part was in! After three weeks, nobody knew if the part was in??? So she said she would call me the next day. Next day arrived, and no phone call. She finally called the day after and said the part had just arrived. It seemed very strange to me that now all of a sudden after I called, the part just mysteriously came in. Needless to say, I am very, very displeased with the service of John O'Neil Johnson Hyundai. This used to be a place that I always recommended to others when they were in need of a car.... As of right now, this is definitely not a place I would recommend!!
