There were a couple of different instances that felt just like the old stereotypical car dealer games. I was told one thing by one person and then it was not the same when talking to the next person. Each time I called them on it they seemed to genuinely try to work to help me. Overall it was a good experience, but I'm convinced that I will never enjoy buying a new car. Chantrice was great to work with and Judd seemed to strike a good balance between wanting to have me as a customer and trying to please his GM with the bottom line.
