I was extremely pleased with my car when returned after routine 5,000 and 50,000 mile maintenance. (Actually, I am unsure if the 50,000 mile maintenance was done but I had an email reminding me this needed to be done. I sent an email requesting someone check to ensure the 50,000 mile maintenance was performed.) The steering was more responsive than in previous times maintenance was done. I requested the shudder recall be re-checked because the shudder was worse AFTER the software update was performed 1/22/15 as stated on the invoice. I spoke with Colton who had performed the maintenance. He stated the shudder update was not done although it stated it was in January. The person who had entered this (Angelia) is no longer employed at the dealership.
Colton is an asset to the dealership, and I hope he has a long employment with Johnson Toyota. He deserves recognition, and I hope you will relay this compliment to hiim. I am and have been a Toyota person for many years because I believe in the product. I will return to this dealership when I am considering another vehicle.
