Person taking my service request did not clearly communicate my priority of concerns. as a result a lot of time was spent on items with less priority and they never did address my main concerm of a roar/viberation. This is my 2nd service trip and they have not satified my concerns since this is a used vehicle I bought out of state from an individual. I've spent around $2000 and two days of my time. I purchsed $1400 of tires and wheels and had to get wheel alginment on second trip.
I plan to visit local independent service center to try and verify all is okay with this vehicle.
