Mark Ford was a great no pressure salesman. I was disappointed in the so called "Toyotathon" deal on a vehicle that was going to depreciate once I drove it off the lot. We had $24,000 in checks from insurance and such and still only got the vehicle for only $2000 less than sticker price. I think that could have been better. Then of course we were offered and bought $3000 in insurance or extended care so they got their $2000 back anyway. Hmmm. What deal? Of course none of this was Marks fault. He was just the Salesman not the one who does the deal. The vehicle then had to be obtained from another dealer and was promised the next day around lunch. Stated they were sending someone to get it tonight. DID NOT HAPPEN!!! It took an extra day to get the vehicle, then when it was delivered the papers were not with it. Mark did fail at this point and did not go over anything in the vehicle with me, which I would have appreciated. Grant you they did give me a 2014 Camry to drive while waiting on my vehicle, which it did appreciate, Mine was not delivered as promised. I also had to go by the dealership the following Monday to get my papers so I could buy my tag. All in all I love my new vehicle and would return back to this dealership, I just think they need to improve in a few areas.
