I was very pleased with my last visit to Toyota. I was helped by the staff member named Keisha. She was very helpful and she let me know about my cabin filter regarding the fact that it was dirty and needed to be changed. I was shocked to learn that Keisha was a new staff member. She did not act like she was new. She knew her stuff and acted like she had been on the job for years. I think she deserves a pat on the back. Just for the record, I am always pleased with my visits at Toyota!
