I was there for a oil change, was told on the phone it was a free oil change due to I bought the car in January, when I got there it was a charge of $52 or $54 dollars (?) it was explained to me after the fact of me being over 25,000 miles which should have been explained to me at the time of purchase, with me spending an extra $1,900 in coverage, I personally think the free oil change should be covered, timeliness could be a little faster but the young lady was very nice, oil was changed and paid for. Overall , due to everyone should be on the same page with communications to your customers as to what information is provided. We are the ones driving your Product and showing them off to other customers that inquires about new cars, and yes I have recommended other customers to you all.
