This did not cure the problem I am having with the automobile pulling to the left. The courtesy and speed with which the work completed was fine. I have approximately 10K miles on the front tires and I do not believe they are the problem. Investigation on going to find the problem.

The service tech forgot to deactivate my maintenance light. This has happened several times. Also, my radio station had been changed to a station I do not listen to or care for. My wait time, as always is WAY to long. I had an appointment and it still took two hours. It has NEVER been under an hour and a half! I appreciate your service to my vehicle, but these areas need to be improved upon. Thank you
