well, lets see, talked to sales man, he was all bout helping me pre-sale. Said everything I was wanting to here. was very helpful in getting to the purchase of it. Value of their truck was right in the true market value price. Had all the options i wanted on it that other dealers didnt have or didn't have on the lot. Happy with the truck.
As for rest? well different story... went in knowing what truck price was, knew what my trade was worth, sorta knew what the incentives were ( boy was I miss told, should have done homework). any way got low balled on trade in, I know could;ve walked away but we all know ifs its what you want well.
financing? well went in knowing I was tier 1 through TFS and told them all along that who I wanted to use, needless to say my credit never got run though TFS, they run it through another source.
wonder what Toyota would say bout a dealer selling Toyota's, a customer asking for TFS and then using a 3rd party? I still got same rate and little extra but what did they get?
after sales was looking for accessories, never got return call or emails from sales man on price or anything,
so all in all
sales ..... bad
after sale... very bad
follow up sales ... non existing
follow upon related accessories... none, had to call myself to find out
