Find a Local Mechanic

I was disappointed. I had left written instructions for them to check a tire that had been losing air. When the manager called to tell me my car was ready, I asked him if they had found Anything in the tire and he said he would have that information for me when I picked up the car. He did not do it. I asked again when I got there and they had to go check. No one had checked the tire , only put more air in and reset the light. I had to wait a long time wheni got there so I could not wait any longer. I will have to take the car back in and I live alone so it is difficult to arrange to be Ickes up and brought back to get car. I asked them if they did not read the instructions on the papers I filled out when I left the car. They said they did not read the comments I left, only changed the oil and rotated the tires. I will return there for service but it was very negligent that they did not read what I had asked them to do and I will have to make arrangements to go back when the low air light comes back on in a few days.

The experience of having the rim and tire put on my car was good. I did have a problem with my calls to the Parts Dept. being returned concerning whether or not the parts were in.

I really appreciated my service at John O'Neil Johnson Toyota. The service department staff was nice and friendly. What I really appreciated was that they used a seat cover and a mat cover while servicing my car, so oil spots or any other spots would be on my interior and that was awesome. Over all I was pleased with their service and I look forward to doing business again with them soon.

Great service and friendly people

Vehicle was brought in for 30K miles maintenance. Checking the maintenance manual beforehand service was to include the oil change, tire rotation & cabin filters replacement. Oil change and change replacement was accomplished but tire rotation was not. When inquired, technian indicated tires was rotated two prior oil changes previously. After rechecking the maintenance manual, a tire rotation is recommended at every 5K miles maintenance interval.

Conclusion, the maintenance check that requires parts & labor expenses were standard, but I'll assume the free tire rotation was mentioned as a option. If customers has the time at check in, a full review of maintenance intent should be reviewed.
