I bought a 2013 Toyota highlander. I haven't had the truck a year, and already the tires on the rear are worn out and need to be replaced. This means these bad tires were on here when I bought it. The third row seat is broken and can not be raised or lowered except by pushing and pull some mechanism. I've tried several attempt to get that fix -since I purchased the vehicle -and they never have enough time. I also purchased the warranty -for the very reason to keep everything in good work order. Also the warranty states that they could give me a vehicle if the repairs were going to take longer than one day or several hours. One day I actually went up there and had them try and fix it -and I sat in the hard chair in the waiting room for over 3 hours!!!! This is how someone is treated that buys a warranty so they don't have to go thru this. They still couldn't fix it. But the girls and guys that greet you when you drive up to get an oil change or other minor work done, they are nice and friendly.
