Arrived under the awning and no greeted me or ask to help me. Walked in service department still nothing said to me, even walked past me. Thought "oh they must be way too busy I'll just leave" and final I nice black man in a service jumpsuit saw me and said to me that someone would be with me in a couple of minutes. Then I saw him wrap on the door of the glasses in booth with two ppl on their phones. It was nice y'all could work me in but I felt like I didn't get a through job really though. Because it was a Friday and close to five, plus when the attendant can to me with my results she mentions the battery tested low and will need attention soon. When I inquired about it further because I'm taking a trip soon and wanted no problems, she left and had it retest. She give me the explanation that the mechanic just hit the wrong button on the computer :( really? Now my confidence that the other things he checked are even right or done! Usually my cabin filters are replaced or something or something. Plus my ac does smell sour. But anyways I paid and on my way out I realized they forgot to give me an inspection sticker like I specifically asked for. She in a rush!!! After I offered to get out reaches in my car and takes a chunk out of the side panel with the razor blade! I then politely get out so they can get it off. I say they cause she had to call in help because she couldn't get it. According to my brother who was in the passenger side at the time she didn't know what she was doing and holding it backwards. Also, my wait wasn't terribly long but the waiting room and whole area back there looks terrible!! The employees where loud, some vulgar, and just not professional! I guess I had gotten use to the Toyota of Newnan, GA. where I lived for a yr. Y'all really could take some pointers from them. Their service dept is big, nice and clean, lots of organized, friendly staff, and plenty of nice amenities for the guest. Again thank for you service and I hope this review helps to make your service department better.
