The service folks did a great job explaining everything that went wrong with my oil change. The person who performed the simple maintenance did something that allowed oil to leak out after I left the lot. I returned my vehicle for almost 3 weeks of service. After being told I would receive a new engine, I was givendors a different service, new gears, and it appears that has fixed the problem.

The work the service department did was fine, but this was the first service visit since purchasing this truck. This is where the frustration began.
First of all our salesman had told us that we would get a free oil change and three tire rotations at no charge. (Salesman was let go)
I don't have an issue with that but the salesman was acting on behalf of the dealership when he told us about the "free service". Secondly the service tech and later the finance person called and told us that the service was not free and they would not honor the promise the salesman made. I understand a mistake was made by the salesman but that was not our problem. THe dealership could have honored that visit and then informed us that they could not honor any other service at no charge. We had just purchased a $33,000 vehicle and have two other vehicles being serviced by Johnson Toyota. THe other problem I had was with charging us for an oil cap stating that synthetic oil is being used. ( We had to buy that so the dealership does not put the incorrect oil in it)
THis was my son's first vehicle purchase. This first service and probably last visit, at your dealership put a "bad taste" in his mouth. The service experience ruined a good buying experience!

I was there twenty thousand miles check up and everything was performed efficiently and professionally. I would come but the waiting area at the dealership is inadequate there were a lot of customers they are receiving and not room for all of us needs to update these facilities
