I've been having my Volvo serviced at Kempthorn's Automall for about 10 years now. The service has always been excellent. I guess the fact that I keep coming back after that many years says something about the quality of their service. The Volvo Service Manager, Diane, has always been courteous, professional and established a strong sense of trust that the work is being done correctly and at a fair price. The reason for my most recent visit, was that the power driver's seat had stopped working. To my pleasant surprise, the only thing wrong was a blown fuse. That's all that was needed and all I was charged for. I couldn't be happier with the service and integrity of Kempthorn's Volvo Service Dept.

Auto was taken in on time, work completed in a timely manner and the service person was exceptional in explaining what was being done to the vehicle. Price exceeded the estimate slightly but the service person did give a 10% discount. No problems so far. Good service all around, even to the wash job.
