Service was great as always. Needed an oil change only, and was in and out, I believe, in about 20 mins.

We take all three of our (older) cars to this Merlin exclusively - always great service. Absolutely no complaints.

The customer service received at the Elk Grove Village Merlin is always exceptional.

Service was great; all work completed as requested and finished the same day.

All the employees were nice. However, when i received my car back after the brake job, it was making thumping noises and i found that 3 of the lugnuts on the driver's side wheel were loose. I tightened them and took the car back the next day. They had to rebalance the wheel and told me that they did it free of charge which gave me the feeling that it was additional service that was required, but it was done free for me. Well, the car did not make the thumping noise before I took it in so how did the wheel lose its balance by itself? Bottom line is the technicians should have doublechecked their work before returning the car to me which probably would have prevented the thumping noise and me having to bring the car back.

Im so glad the i took my van;for repairs to merling i allways get first class service.from the manager to the mechanics they allways doing a well done job they are really proffetionals.my car is working perfectly again,i like the prices there are affordible;once again thank you for a wrll done job.a very greatful forever coustomer.

Sean runs a great shop here. Highly recommended. Ask for Sean though if you want consistently good service, other techs are hit and miss.
