I think they're a good deal when it comes to having an oil change with a coupon. I've never problems with them, they've done a good job, and they're usually quick, for a dealership. I do recommend going there for service, but be careful about some other maintenance issues (e.g. replacing license plate bulbs quoted at $60, when the bulbs cost $5 and take 5 min to change).

The oil change charge is to much. They did not accept my coupon which I got in the mail. Not sure if I will continue oil changes at the dealership anymore. The rebate is a hassle. Go back to accepting coupons.

After visiting the dealership regarding the auto acceleration issue I experienced in my 1.5 year old car, they were highly insensitive to the stress and anxiety I experienced. Being too scared to continue driving the car, I had asked them to attempt to find the cause for an extra few days until my son was able to help me buy a new car from them. Instead I was told to continue driving the car with a computer plugged in. Having the computer did nothing to alleviate my fear that the car would auto accelerate again. I left the dealer driving home in a car I was deathly scared of with. A salesman who was fully aware of everything I had gone through attempted to sell me a new 2014 model at msrp which my son later researched was an attempt to sell me a leftover at too high a price and take advantage of me. There was no sympathy or care shown to me during any part of my visit to the dealership. Almost a week has gone by now and there has been no follow up from anyone. I realize this experience may be related to this specific dealership but this was my first and last Mazda.
