I'd like to start out by saying that this car is the third open road car that my family has bought. As loyal open road customers, we were disappointed in the service this time. The salesman was very unorganized and very unfamiliar with the differences in the cars. We spent a long time waiting for him to figure out what key went with which car and which car was the one I asked to test drive. Every question I asked about the features of the car, the salesman had to ask someone else for the answer. I found this all very frustrating as it caused us to be at the dealership for about seven hours. Another issue was that there was only one finance person in the dealership which also led to long wait times. I am extremely happy with the car I bought, however, it would have been nice if they had at least filled the windshield washer fluid after spending so much time waiting on them. Had I not been there for seven hours I would have taken the time to make sure they filled it, instead I left the parking lot with the windshield washer fluid indicator light on as I was not willing to wait on them any longer.
