When my Mazda 3 5d suddenly lost power, we immediately brought into the Open Road Mazda service department. I explained the problem and that 3 warning lights came on. We were offered loaner. In a few hours I received a call with the explanation that the problem was the transmission valve actuator and the parts were ordered and it would take several days to correct. Two days later, I was advised the problem was corrected and they would appreciate another day to fully test drive the car to see if the problem was totally corrected. I agreed. The next day I was called and told that the car was ready and all charges were covered under warranty.
I appreciate that they took the extra time to fully evaluate the car before returning it to me, the true sign that they care about the level of service that they provide .This is the third vehicle that has been serviced by them and in the past 10 years I have always relied on them-without any complaints!
