Jim Wiatrowski was my salesman. I walked in told them what I wanted with in ten minutes I was on a test drive and given numbers. Everything was very honest and the sale was the easiest car experience I ever had. I returned the next day with my husband and the deal was done with in an hour.

Had an awesome experience both times we leased. Would recommend and would go back!

Great place to buy a car, with one of largest selection of pre-owned Mazdas around. Salesmen are friendly, and do their best to help you achieve the price that you want. We worked with Wojciech and Rick... thanks to them. Current office is cramped and old as they are waiting for new offices to be completed next door - a well deserved upgrade.

I like the car even more now... after driving it for more than a week. And I already bought Bumper Guards in front and back of the car... splash guards and CC seat covers.

But I am still waiting for my registration!

Probably the fastest service I have ever had at a dealership. Maybe there weren't that many customers that day? But who cares, I got out quick!

Thank you, open road

Happy with the actual WORK that was done (repair one key with fob and fabricate one non-remote duplicate key, alignment, synth. oil change, adjust fuel door latch & replace rear wiper)

However, I was disappointed with significant charges for quoting prices for work I did not have done at this time. I was charged labor-time to learn: (1.) replacing an HVAC dashboard light and (2.) replacing a defective emergency flashers switch will each cost several hundred dollars.

I understand the effort, time and costs of these "minor" but difficult repairs, but hours of labor charged to provide the estimates seems inappropriate. My car was only at the dealership for for service for two hours total.

Open Road Mazda’s service dept. did quickly reach out to me with further explanation of charges and I have amended this review to reflect their concern.

I had a bulge in one of my tires and a leak in another. I had purchased the tires at Open Road so I went back to them. Unfortunately the tires were no longer covered under road hazard so I had to buy two new ones. The price was reasonable and service was prompt.
