I purchased my brand-new Mazda CX9 Touring, in 2014, in the state of Rhode Island from dealer Flood Mazda. I recently moved to New Jersey and took my car to Open Road for regular scheduled maintenance. All I can say is that I was completely blown away by the professionalism, courtesy of the staff at Open Road. Not only did they do the scheduled maintenance but also took care of an open recall for me. They also offered me a free loaner vehicle because the service was going to take 4-6 hours to complete. I was also left very impressed by the Open Road Mazda facility, it was like being in the dealership of more elite brand. The entire place was just gleaming and gave a very high quality feel to the brand. More Mazda dealerships in the U.S. need to mirror the Open Road facility in terms of appearance, look and feel as well as the services offered - such as loaner cars. Mazda is a great brand, I have owned a Mazda for the last 20 years and my father owned Mazda's for 20 years before me and if all Mazda customers - existing and potential, get treated the Open Road way, then Mazda can clearly increase its market share. Finally, a shout out to Service Manager - Craig Karpinski, Service Advisor - Theresa Brown and everyone else who helped me out. Thank you on a job well done, from a very satisfied customer. Regards, Salman Zaheer
