I just brought my Mazda CX-7 in for routine service plus a minor warranty repair. The service was good - the service manager was courteous and efficient, he gave me a a status update while I was waiting, and the repair was done quickly. Unfortunately the facilities are disappointing - the small waiting area was cramped and there were not enough seats so some people had to stand, the bathrooms were noisy and smelly, and a cleaning woman came in twice to slam the cabinets and spray foul-smelling cleaner.
