Drove all the way to East Brunswick to get this pressure sensor off and told them I had been making sure that all my tire pressure is 32psi for 4 mths now and I believe something is wrong with the sensor. They said it's just low pressure in tires..my reaction: got in the car light is gone.. Very happy. Drove home 10 mins later ... The light came back on blinking and stayed on.

Called Open Road about 5 time and and wanted to speak to Teresa and left a message to the reception stating the problem to have her call back on Monday and today is 12/11 Thursday and have yet called back!

I am SO disappointed.

The service is okay. I feel it can be better. They don't check stuff unless you ask for. I had to specifically ask them if the wipers were good in order to get an answer. I am not sure if I am charged for diagnostics then everything should be checked and reviewed. Price also seems little high. When I asked a question about why my car's shocks need to be replaced within 4 years when I have just 34K miles they said Mazda 5 shocks are not that great. I feel I was sold not so good car that started having so many problems within 4 years. How come the sales guy said its a great car whereas the service guy says the shocks are not that great.
