We were very satisfied with the courteous personnel at Thomson Motors. There was no hard pressure put on us from sales associates, nor high influence from the sales team. We were happy with our purchase and look forward to the future car care we can expect also.

Had the bank drum turned and tires replaced. All the work was done in a time and accurate manner. The problem with the steering and brakes was resolve. The cost. was the only thing not good. It was a high cost..

Earl Jones was amazing! But I am a little concerned that no one informed us that we might be able to have hand controls installed as im paralyzed. Most other vehicle companies pay up to $1,000 of the hand controls and installation. I would hope Jeep would do the same.

My sales person was A.J. and I was completely satisfied with the service that he provided. During the sale he informed me of the college graduate rebate in which I had recently graduated from college. Because I did not have a copy of my degree I was not eligible at that time. After meeting with A.J. my husband and I met with Kenneth Dukes one of the business managers whom also told us about the recent college graduate rebate when we asked him. I completed the required paperwork and drove off with my new vehicle. I received a phone call a few days later asking me to come in and redo the paperwork because the business manager placed the wrong VIN number on paperwork. On the 18th of January I called and spoke to Ronnie Sterling in which he referred himself as the general manager, but later I learned he was a sales manager (very unprofessional and uneducated). I stated that since I was not legally in a contract due to the wrong VIN number on the paperwork I would like to now be given the opportunity to get the recent college rebate offer added. He began arguing with me stating that Chrysler no longer offered that and hasn't for the last 4 months. Kenneth Dukes also stated the same as well. I informed them that I had called two other Chrysler dealerships in the area and they stated that they do honor the recent college graduate rebate. Ronnie got really upset with me when I asked him to write me a statement stating that Chrysler did not offer the recent college graduate rebate. I was than called CRAZY and he told me that If I didn't agree with terms I can bring the vehicle back. WOW SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE DID NOT KNOW I HAD HIM RECORDED. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE DON'T TRUST THEM JUST LIKE THE BUSINESS MANAGER AND SALES MANAGER LIED TO ME THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU. HOW CAN YOU GET MAD AND CALLED CUSTOMERS OUT OF THEIR NAMES BECAUSE OF WANTING A REBATE THAT CHRYSLER OFFERS. I AM NOW ASKING CHRSLER TO CONTACT ME AND RETRAIN THESE EMPLOYEES. CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT NOT LIKE DOGS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP THEIR FOR A VEHICLE. I HAVE CONTACTED CHRYSLER AND THEY ARE NOT CONDUCTING AN INTERNAL INVESTIGATION AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SENDING THEM A COPY OF THE RECORDED CONVERSATION. NO ONE FROM THAT DEALERSHIP NEVER CALLED ME TO SAY I AM SORRY. PLEASE IF YOU ARE IN SEARCH FOR A NEW OR PREOWNED VEHICLE DONOT GO THERE DUE TO THE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THE SALES MANAGER. THE BUSINESS MANAGER COULD HAVE TOLD ME THE TRUTH INSTEAD OF LYING TO COVER UP THEIR LIES. SHOP TOYOTA, NISSAN OR HONDA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AJ my salesperson did nothing wrong just following the rules but however put in a bad situation working with people who are not honest. Do not shop here to this location. I rated this dealership a 1 because of Mr. Dukes and Mr. Sterling dishonesty and nasty attitude pertaining to my purchase.
