I received a special in the mail for a oil change for my SRT-8 and was told that the special oil would cost more than the regular oil. This I understand but why did I not get credit for the price of the regular oil deducted from the price of the oil they used in my SRT-8? I was charged the full amount ($10.00) a qt. for the oil with no credit for the price of the regular oil. If this is the normal practice, why send out the 'special coupons' for oil changes? They do not save a customer anything! Also, I know the service techs have to move your car seats but why can't they put them back where they were when they are finished with the repairs?
The work on the car was outstanding!!! The tech did and outstanding job as usual. My only concern was the 'misleading special' ad I received in the mail.
