The mechanic and service writer explained the needed repairs and service. They made recommendations for the next service visit. The repairs and service were completed as I requested. The price was fair.

My vehicle was ready to be serviced at the time I requested. As with visits before, the service was performed in a timely manner. The service rep. was very professional and helpful. The service technician who normally performs the service on my vehicle was not available (in training), but the work was still done satisfactorily.
