had front end aligned. when i left, had to return because vehicle was pulling to the left. upon return, the problem was fixed. had an appointment. work was done in a very timely manner. staff was very nice. waiting area was adequate.

The guys were very considerate and focused on servicing my car for the best of my needs and budget. I am a widow and I appreciate them.

Service at the time was good. I had my tires rotated and front end aligned. Unfortunately that afternoon while driving one of my wheel covers was lost. As you know these can be pricey to replace. I called the Trax store I took my car to and they said they would pay to replace it. I have ordered one and will see if the store keeps their word when I take in the invoice for the wheel cover. Should be this week. If so, I would definitely recommend Trax!
