Thoes guys in Saraland are so wonderful. They all are very polite and treat you as if they have know you forever. The service time was great. I rather take my care to them for service that to the dealership where I may get discounts. They are just thet great. I give them a high 10. A perfect score even though I only see 5 stars. Thanks so much for all you do Trax in Saraland.

Was waited on immediately, He listened to what I said was wrong then came back and told me it was the window motor and how much it would cost and how long it would take. Price was reasonable, Was repaired in the time allotted and I was on my way Waiting room was spotless clean and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I have used Trax for years and will continue to do so.

Service was quick and the guy had no problem doing it right before closing time. Pricing seemed high, especially for some extra suspension work needed(which I had to decline).

Excellent and easy to deal with. They always are eager to help.

It was good, look forward to doing business with them in the future.
