I have known Willie and Kenneth for years now, and they have always been there when I needed them and have offered helpful advice when needed, but they treat me as a friend, not just as a customer, and that means a lot to me. I took my car to Trax Tires because Darren Eckhoff works there. I trust him to give me good advice about my car. When I arrived he introduced me to the manager of the store. They got on the computer and found the tires I needed. We arranged a time convenient for me to bring the car back because the tires had to be delivered to the Spanish Fort store.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The tires are great; I am very pleased with both the tires and the service I received.

The guys here at Trax have always been very helpful! I felt led to have my pressure checked on my tires as I was driving to New Orleans to pick up my son that day. They offered to do it for me as courtesy and found that one of my tires was very dangerous. They helped me out and got me back on the road in just minutes. Thanks guys! You are the bomb!
